All products are shipped from Türkiye.
Shipping Method
We use DHL Express for international deliveries to ensure fast, reliable, and trackable shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 1–3 business days
- North America: 2–5 business days
- Rest of the world: 2–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or unforeseen delays.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are:
- Not included in the product or shipping price
- The sole responsibility of the customer
Markov Resonant is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Failed Deliveries
If a shipment is returned due to:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failure to pay customs duties
- Failure to receive the package
The customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
